Marcus Lemonis: ‘Employees and Customers Have to Know There’s One Person in Charge’

The star of CNBC’s “The Profit” explains what Matthew Ayers, the co-founder of The Coaster at Goats on the Roof, a roller coaster in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, should do about disruptive co-founders.

Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is home to thrills like “Dollywood” as well as lesser known The Coaster at Goats on the Roof, a roller coaster.

Matthew Ayers, who co-owns the alpine ride, says that business in Pigeon Forge has never been better. His attraction rakes in up to $25, 000–serving some 2, 000 riders–each day. That puts sales at an estimated $2.8 million annually. “Holy shit, ” responds “The Profit” star Marcus Lemonis. “Your question should be: ‘When are we opening the next one’?”
