Nearly one year after breaking up with Charlotte Casiraghi, Jewish French comedian Gad Elmaleh is leaving Europe and moving to New York City.
“Jerry Seinfeld of France, ” paid $7 million for a corner apartment at 124 Hudson Street in Tribeca, according to report by The Real Deal citing property records filed Tuesday.

Elmaleh voiced Seinfeld’s character in the French version of “Bee Movie.” and appeared in Woody Allen’s “Midnight in Paris.”
When asked by WWD if Charlotte Casiraghi had joined him to his move to New York City, Elmaleh explained that they are no longer together…but, he said “Me and Charlotte are not together any more but I go to see my baby, ” Elmaleh is referring to their son, Raphaël. “He also comes to see me. We stay close. We are a family.”
