AUSTRALIA: Anthony Pratt puts partner Claudine Revere on Visy board

Anthony Pratt has taken a further step in reshaping the board of the family’s multi-billion-dollar paper, packaging and recycling empire by appointing his partner, Claudine Revere, as a director of Visy Industries.

Ms Revere is understood to have attended her first board meeting a fortnight ago. She is the second new appointee to the board in the past 12 months following the recruitment late last year of former long-serving Coca-Cola Amatil chief executive Terry Davis as a director. Ms Revere is a successful businesswoman in her own right, owning and running a large catering firm in New York called Relish Catering, whose clients include billionaire and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and Rupert Murdoch’s Fox Entertainment Group.

Relish takes a fine-dining approach to catering to design and produces “one-of-a-kind” events in the New York City and wider metropolitan area.
