A customer who claims she bit on a worker’s nametag in her French fries at a McDonald’s restaurant in Dongan Hills, in Staten Island, NY, is suing Ronald’s bosses, seeking unspecified monetary damages, silive.com reported.
Maria Seccafico, 32, who was pregnant during the Nov. 30, 2013 incident, was injured by the nametag’s pin, but her lawyer would not specify her injuries for now.

She also suffered “serious” mental and emotional injuries, according to her lawsuit.
“Clearly, a person would suffer emotionally realizing that food isn’t always safe to eat, ” her attorney stated the obvious truth.
Ms. Seccafico suit suggests McDonald’s has failed to train its workers so they won’t serve nametags to customers concealed their fries.
According to her attorney, ” McDonald’s has so far been completely silent about this incident.” He added: “They could have easily avoided a lawsuit if they were willing to discuss the matter with us. Unfortunately, McDonald’s callous behavior has only exacerbated the situation.”
