The family of Kathleen Durst filed a $100 million lawsuit against her former husband, oddball real estate scion Robert Durst, claiming he killed his wife in 1982 and then hid the body – denying them the right to a proper burial.
The unusual and dated “right to sepulcher” case was filed by Kathleen’s three sisters and 101-year-old mother, Ann McCormack, in Nassau County Supreme Court Monday.
