Do you have problems tapping the letters on your phone’s touch screen because they are too small? Do you dislike having to use the small screens to make order? Well you are in luck because Google is set to offer people the ability to do their shopping through mobile devices with a new voice operated system.
That’s right, you will be able to shop online by talking into your phone. Called “Purchases on Google, ” the service lets people say the name of something that they want and results will show up through a google search page.

So lets say that you are looking for a new pair of jeans in a certain size, then you will only need to describe what you want and Google will find it for you. You can also ask for a specific brand.
In a new blogpost, Google stated that they are, “improving the mobile experience on Google to aid shoppers as they browse, compare, and research products.”
People will soon be able to simply state what it is they are looking for and Google will provide a selection of items for sale. Then all it will take is a tap on the icon of the item that a person wishes to purchase to make the order.
For now, however, the service is only offered with a few participating retailers and manufacturers. But think of the potential for the future.
Google stated, “With shoppers today, big expectations come from the smallest moments. That’s good news, because retailers now have the technology to deliver on those expectations. The tools we shared this week can help retailers be there in those billions (and trillions!) of micro-moments with the right experience, and in the right context, to win the moments that matter the most.”
