Chuck Blazer, a former FIFA executive, went undercover to expose corruption in football since 2011. He did so in return for immunity from prosecution and to avoid a potential prison sentence of 75 years.

Blazer agreed to collect evidence implicating other Fifa executives and to become an informant for the FBI and US justice department. Details of that agreement were revealed on Monday night after a judge in New York agreed to a request by five media groups.

Blazer earning was more than $11 million in undeclared income between 2005 and 2010. He paid around $2 million in restitution in 2013 and will pay more when he is sentenced, Says the Daily Mail
