Matthew Wiener’s hit show says farewell Sunday night after 7 seasons.

Don Draper Mad Men

Matthew Weiner’s period drama Mad Men will end its 8 year 92 episode run on Sunday night. To honor it, AMC has taken the unprecedented step of having all of its sister networks go dark the hour that it airs.

So if you are foolish enough to not be a fan of Mad Men and will not be watching its finale, don’t bother tuning into BBC America, IFC, Sundance and WE Sunday night between 10 and 11 PM.

The rest of humanity will be bidding farewell to Don Draper, Peggy Olson, Joan Harris and the other guys.

A Mad Men marathon is currently airing on AMC and every episode will be shown back to back until the finale.

“Turning AMC over to Mad Men and airing every episode of every season as a lead-in to the finale on Sunday seems a fitting way to continue celebrating what this series has meant to the fans, to television and to our network, ” said AMC President Charlie Collier in a statement. “We are also enormously appreciative of our sister networks who are paying tribute to this remarkable program that has had such an impact on our entire company.”
