Marc Packer, Richard Wolf, Noah Tepperberg and Jason Strauss’ TAO Group is getting into the hotel business. The New York Post has reported that it willopen a new 23-story hotel on 414 W. 15th St. in the Meatpacking District.
Rockpoint Group and Highgate Holdings have been developing the vacant lot owned by Richard Meilman and his family and expect to complete it in the summer of 2016.
