Paul has done so in an effort to woo conservative voters in the Republican primaries.

Maher, who always closes his show “Real Time” with his list of New Rules, saved his critique of Paul for the final and extended rule.
He opened with, “New rule: You can’t have any more Republican candidates for president until you tell me what you did with Rand Paul. Who was last seen standing in front of an aircraft carrier setting fire to everything he used to believe.”
