Sumner Redstone, the head of Viacom, can breathe a bit easier now that his much younger girlfriend has dropped her lawsuit, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed. The 91 year old will now avoid seeing certain sexually explicit pictures made public.
He is 91 and his girlfriends is 44. Thank God for Viagra.

Sydney Holland, who became sort of famous from an MTV reality series called the Electric Barbarellas was suing one of her former co-stars from that show. The suit accused one Heather Naylor of stealing Holland’s computer which had certain very private photographs on it. Holland sought $1 million in damages.
If the suit had gone forward then it would have been more than likely that the sensitive photographs of Holland and Redstone could have been made public. But it was reportedly dropped on April 21st.
Naylor had in turn filed a cross complaint against Holland accusing her of getting Redstone to ruin Naylor’s career.
There is now explanation yet as to why the suit was dropped. But it is sure that people at Viacom and its sister company CBS are breathing a sigh of relief. No one wants to see what could be dirty pictures of Sumner Redstone made public.
Redstone is clearly already on his way out and the vultures are circling to take over Viacom after he goes.
