The company states that the solution encompasses AudioCodes feature-rich suite of business IP phones as well as elements of its comprehensive management suite, the AudioCodes One Voice Operations Center.

AudioCodes boasts that its Managed IP Phones Solution ensures that IT managers have full control throughout the life-cycle of their organization’s IP phone deployment from zero-touch installation and provisioning, through day-to-day monitoring and troubleshooting, to mass software and configuration updates.

This is achieved using AudioCodes Element Management System (EMS) which enables IT managers to remotely monitor and configure their entire IP phone setup, identify, analyze and correct faults and carry out mass software and configuration updates from a single location. In addition, the Session Experience Manager (SEM) enables administrators to monitor voice quality across the network in real time and detect potential problems and resolve them before they affect service. SEM also allows administrators to generate comprehensive trend analysis and reports to support decisions regarding network changes and upgrades, resulting in better voice quality and reduced OPEX.

“Enterprises are adopting Unified Communications in order to increase employee productivity, ” said Nimrode Borovsky, Vice President Marketing at AudioCodes. “We designed our Managed IP Phones Solution to give IT managers a robust, high quality product and powerful management and monitoring tools that together deliver high quality service which is at the heart of employee productivity.”

The company will also showcase the first of its kind connectivity between WebRTC to Lync at the Enterprise Connect show in Orlando, Florida. This WebRTC to Lync connectivity, it states, allows for innovative, user-friendly business to customer services, utilizes AudioCodes’ Mediant Session Border Controller (SBC) allowing Lync users to be accessible via the Web using a standard Web browser that supports WebRTC.

Enterprises and contact centers using Lync can now connect web users to their Lync network for a multitude of use cases including customers calling from a company’s website, calling from a link in an employee’s email signature or joining a meeting from a URL instead of having to install a software client for participating in a collaboration session.
