NACR established its Partner Program to identify top partners, nurture long-term relationships, and promote partner solutions with customers. Companies can qualify for one of three tiers of partnership based on criteria including national presence and regional support, ease of doing business, revenue, lead generation, parts support, technical training, and customer service. In return, partners receive NACR marketing and business development support designed to highlight the relationship, the partners’ capabilities, and the benefits of their solutions to customers.
“AudioCodes is a long-time partner with a growing portfolio of solutions including One Voice solutions for Microsoft Lync, ” said Gerry Pearce, leader of the UC and Microsoft practices at NACR. “Together, NACR and AudioCodes deliver end to end voice solutions that are fully implemented and supported on the communication platform that the customer chooses. Moving forward with AudioCodes as a Preferred Partner in 2015, we will continue to lead in solution delivery as Lync becomes Skype for Business.”
“We at AudioCodes are proud to be recognized as an NACR Preferred Partner – and we are excited to work together to continue supporting customers as they adopt Lync and evolve to Skype for Business, ” said Nimrod Borovsky, Vice President of Marketing, AudioCodes. “NACR is a great partner for ensuring that our customers get a superior solution that meets their needs for voice as well as UC, video calling and other applications that enhance business collaboration and the end-customer experience.”
