Larry Gluck Affiliate Suing over Sex Parties in Leased Offices

Sex parties in NY — What a surprise!

12 E. 32nd St + Larry Gluck

A firm affiliated with Larry Gluck’s Stellar Management is involved in a lawsuit over wild transgender sex parties held in one of the office spaces which it rents out. Hole in One Associates L.P has filed suit against byteLair over the office spaces which the later leases at 12 E. 32nd St., the New York Daily news has reported.

bytleLair stands accused of not only horrible behavior but of violating its lease by subletting its office space for the parties.

Apparently the parties got so out of hand that people ended up having sex in the halls.

The suit states that the tenant, “is using the premises as an illegal sex club in violation of the lease as well as a varity of city, state, local codes, statutes, (and) ordinances.”

According to the lawsuit byteLair hung up sheets and installed room dividers to create smaller spaces and then started advertising the space on tlust.com and other sites as a place to party and engage in “sexual activity by and between ‘transsexual’ and/or ‘transgender’ individuals and/or groups.”

“All parties are held in a private, discrete midtown loft with private and group play areas, complimentary condoms/lube, coat check, lockers, complimentary soft drinks and snacks and of course you can bring your own bottle (liquor), ” the tlust site says.

But is this going to turn into a case of bias against transgenders?

Vanessa Vance, byteLair’s owner, told the Daily News, “I’m a software engineer, and I’m transgendered. I have a lot of clients and friends who are transgendered, ” adding that she also runs a transgender support group out of her office.

“I’m shocked that someone could be so misinformed, ” she said.
