Clive Davis Buys 2 Ritz Tower Apartments for $3.4 Million

Music mogul Clive Davis has bought himself yet another apartment, spending $1.48 million on a co-op at 465 Park Ave. in Manhattan. At the same time he snagged another one there for $1.9 million, according to a report in The Real Deal. It’s good to be rich.

The first unit is a 1, 250 square foot two bedroom apartment was acquired last month. David already has 4 other apartments in the same building.

The second one is also a two bedroom.

Known as The Ritz Tower, 465 Park Ave was built in 1925 and has 41 stories. From its website: “The Ritz Tower offers the privacy and security of a truly luxury residence. It is operated on a cooperative basis with the overall operating costs shared by all tenant-owners. Many services are included in the general maintenance, and many optional special services are available for an additional charge.”

The building was granted landmark status in 2002.

Building amenities include Housekeeping, valet and Laundry, room service offered by its Chef de Cuisine for lunch and dinner and a state of the art fitness center on the 5th Floor available through private membership.
