The company boasts that the “graciously proportioned and thoughtfully appointed homes marry the flexibility of open-plan loft living with the sophistication of classic prewar residences.” The Master Bedroom in the A and F lines features a Juliette Balcony overlooking the lush private courtyard garden designed by acclaimed landscape designer Deborah Nevins.
There are three single and double floor penthouses, A, B and C. With Hudson River views, A is a three-bedroom, single-story corner residence is distinguished by three exposures and a fully landscaped 3500-square-foot wraparound terrace. B, at 5, 600 square feet, is the Sterling Mason’s largest residence. This six-bedroom duplex enjoys classic Tribeca views to the north and east, and a showplace great room opening onto a wraparound terrace. Penthouse C is a four-bedroom duplex residence featuring a forty-foot-long gallery-like living/dining room with ample wall space, an expansive east-facing terrace, and a corner master suite.
The Sterling Mason kitchens are designed by Christine and John Gachot with custom cabinetry by Henrybuilt. They have top-of-the-line appliances including 36-48” Sub-Zero built-in side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, Miele fully integrated, full sized dishwasher, Viking stainless steel natural gas cooktop with 6 sealed burners, and Viking range hood with custom powder-coated stainless steel enclosure by Henrybuilt.
The bathrooms have Gachot-designed oversized double White Oak vanities by Henrybuilt, marble walls, hand-laid herringbone tile floors, and special-edition Lefroy Brooks soaking tubs define the luxuriously detailed Sterling Mason master baths.
The building includes a library lounge, interior courtyard, private fitness room with yoga & exercise studio, children’s playroom, parking garage, private storage, bike storage, concierge, doorman and a full-time on premise resident manager.
