432 Park Ave

Its back to work at Macklowe Properties’ 432 Park Avenue after construction was halted for a few days. A stop work order was issued by New York City after an eight foot long section of pipe fell from the 81st floor of the new tower and hit an unoccupied building’s roof next door. Fortunately no one was injured.

Work was allowed to begin again after the external elevator, known as a hoist, from which the pipe fell was inspected.
