So said a post that she made on her Goop website. This comes after it was revealed that she was rejected for a position with Yahoo News so maybe there is a connection here.
The posting on Goop read, “Mention tantra, and you’ll probably get the response that having sex for seven hours sounds really unappealing – as mythologized by an off-hand Sting quote from 1990 that still dominates the entire conversation about this ancient practice. So, what exactly is tantra? We were surprised to find that it’s not actually about sex at all-or specifically, not at all about sexual technique. It’s really about the bedrock of intimacy-and re-establishing sexual polarity, or in laymen terms, sexual tension.”

With writing like that Yahoo’s Marissa Mayer might want to reconsider her decision not to offer the Oscar winning actress a job as an editor with Yahoo Food. Apparently Ms. Mayer has a policy of only hiring people to such positions who have a college diploma.
The New York Times wrote, “Even though the actress Gwyneth Paltrow had created a best-selling cookbook and popular lifestyle blog, Mayer, who habitually asked deputies where they attended college, balked at hiring her as a contributing editor for Yahoo Food. According to one executive, Mayer disapproved of the fact that Paltrow did not graduate college.”
Meanwhile, now that the 42 year old, whose father was Jewish, is considering converting she decided to celebrate Hanukkah at The White House this week. She attended its Hanukkah dinner celebration Wednesday night. She wore a black midi-length dress.
Reporter Josh Lederman of the AP tweeted pictures of the event but complained that Paltrow’s people stopped him from getting more shots of the actress. He wrote, “[Gwyneth’s] aide put his hand over my camera lens #NotOK #PublicEvent.”
