Ziel Feldman’s HFZ Capital has revealed renderings for its new building planned for a site located at 3 West 29th Street, 11 West 29th Street and 8-16 West 30th Street. This is where the former Bancroft Building was located.
The new Nomad Building will have an hourglass shape and be an entire block in width. It will be a mixed use building with a hotel and retail area totaling more than 400, 000 square feet in space. It is expected to reach 55 stories in height.

It is designed by Fernando Romero EnterprisE architects which told NY Yimby, “The lower levels are allocated to a hotel with a selection of curated upscale restaurants and shops, while the upper levels are reserved for residential, one and two-story apartments.”
