Power NY real estate broker Leonard Steinberg took to Instagram to announce the closing of the record sale of a townhouse at 450 West 25th Street. It sold for $8.5 million, or roughly $1, 283 per square foot.
This marks both the highest total price and per square foot price paid for a comparable property in that area of Manhattan.

Located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, the 6, 500 square foot townhouse is a four story building which was converted by Ben Shaoul.
