According to TRD, Thor has the option of converting 30 Park into condominiums. The sellers bought it for $97 million in 2005, almost doubling their money in only 9 years.

The building boasts amazing views and its amenities include covered parking, 24-hour emergency maintenance, a 24 hour door attendant and a 24-hour fitness center. It is just six blocks from Grand Central Terminal and three avenues from Penn Station.

Its apartments have been recently renovated with white or cherry wood cabinetry, frosted glass upper cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. Its renovated bathrooms boast white marble tiles, modern fixtures and lights. The majority of the buildings’ layouts allow seamless conversions for extra bedrooms.
