Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett Present their Cheeks at Bloomberg Party

Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett

Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga will be engaged in mutual crooning for the rich and famous (and in some cases, infamous) at the Bloomberg Business Week party. The duo released “Cheek to Cheek”  a Number one selling album of jazz standards. The party will be held at the American Museum of Natural History, according to Daily News, appropriate, because Tony Bennett is sometimes considered a dinosaur.

Late Night’s Seth Meyers will emcee, and the guest list  for the VIP dinner includes such high-powered types as Michael Bloomberg, Barbara Walters, Calvin Klein, Barry Diller, Jane Rosenthal, Martha Stewart and Henry Kissinger.

The last time Mayor Bloomberg and Lady Gaga were together, it was at the New Year’s Eve celebration in Times Square. He was wearing a stars and stripes sweater and she was wearing a sequined mask (perhaps hoping that no one would recognize her with the former mayor who was both perpetrator and victim of a sartorial snafu). Bloomberg will be seeing Barbara Walters again when he gives the journalist a humanitarian award on behalf of American Friends of Magen Adom.
