Jane Wenner, who was co-founder of Rolling Stone magazine, is putting her five story Upper West Side townhouse on the market for $17.9 million. The house was once owned by designer Perry Ellis and was renovated extensively when the Wenners purchased it in the 80s. The town house is Victorian style has seven bedrooms and is located at 37 West 70th Street between Columbus Avenue and Central Park West.

Wenner has received two previous offers which were rejected because she was not ready to sell. Her ex husband is Jann Wenner, and the couple raised their family in the townhouse but divorced in 2011.
