Images from Scene of the Crime: Four Killed, Six Injured in Jerusalem Synagogue Attack

Israel Radio reported this morning an attack by two Arab terrorists who entered a synagogue on Agassi Street in the Haredi neighborhood of Har Nof, Jerusalem with guns, axes and knives and began shooting slashing.

According to reports, four were killed and six injured.

One police officer arrived at the place and shot both attackers dead.

According to Channel 10 News, both attackers worked at a nearby grocery store.

The synagogue is frequented by residents associated with the Sephardi-Haredi Shas party.

2 Arab har Nof Attackers

Israeli media identified the attackers as Ghassan Abu Jamal and his cousin Udayy from Jabal al-Mukabbir neighborhood of East Jerusalem.

Channel 1 reported that the two attackers were affiliated to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.

A Hamas spokesman this morning called the attack “heroic, ” saying it was an act of revenge for the “execution” of Palestinian Egged bus driver Yusuf Hasan al-Ramouni, 32. According to the autopsy results, al-Ramouni’s hanging,  inside his bus, on Monday, was ruled a suicide
