Inselberg was indicted on federal charges of selling counterfeit jerseys in 2011, but the case was dropped in 2013. He is suing the New York Giants and Manning for his business fiasco. The claims range from allegations that a dry cleaner beat up jerseys and other items, at the behest of locker room manager Ed Wagner Jr. Inselberg claimed he walked in on Barry Barone using scissors to cut up white Giant jerseys and then repairing them to make them look worn.

Inselberg says that Manning as the Giants’ equipment manager for an “old, beat-up game helmet” and signed it, falsely claiming he wore it in his 2004 rookie season.
