LivePerson announced it would acquire Contact At Once (CAO), a software company that connects users to businesses through mobile, chat and video, according to PRNewswire. LivePerson is a provider of leading engagement solutions, and will buy CAO for $65 million. CAO has mainly concentrated on car dealerships and customers, but is transitioning into real estate. CAO enables chat and listings on websites.

CAO’s technology is unique because it enables for the routing and tracking of chat from multiple websites directly to an individual business through a single user interface.”
