One wonders why she didn’t take it all off and go as Lady Godiva. Controversial comedian Chelsea Handler posed topless on a horse mimicking Vladimir Putin’s notorious bare chested equestrian photo. Her boob shot had the caption on Instagram, “Anything a man can do, a woman has a right to do better.” Well, Instagram didn’t agree, at least with the manner in which Handler expressed her views on female superiority. When Instagram removed the photo, because it was in violation of its nudity guidelines, Handler cried foul and called Instagram sexist for removing her bare chested picture while Russian head of state Vladimir Putin’s boobs (or lack of them) are circulated around the world and widely mocked. Handler seemed miffed at missing the opportunity to be similarly ridiculed.
The former host of “Chelsea Lately, ” not to be deterred, reposted the bare breasted horsey photo another two times, and Instagram promptly removed it again and again. Finally Handler posted, “You can now find my dogs and my breasts on Twitter only where my followers have the right to choose.”
