Estee Lauder has acquired the Rodin Olio Lusso brand, according to MarketWatch. Rodin’s Olio Lusso, translated as “luxury oil” is a popular, high-end skin product created from plant oils and botanicals by designer and entrepreneur Linda Rodin. Rodin Olio Lusso is available and exclusive retailers such as Barney’s, Colette and Liberty. The brand is available as a face cream, body oil, hair oil and a scented candle.

Estee Lauder CEO Fabrizio Freda told Marketwatch, “Rodin Olio Lusso is the ultimate insider beauty brand. With its luxurious product line and creative point of view, we believe it has the potential to be a high-growth global skin care brand that strategically enhances our portfolio.”
