SL Green and the Moinian Group’s office tower at 3 Columbus Circle in Manhattan has signed Versace USA as a new tenant.
The iconic fashion firm will lease 21, 342 square feet on the building’s 20th floor. It is located between Eighth Avenue and Broadway and West 57th and West 58th Streets. There is no word yet on the value of the lease, but spaces there reportedly go for up to $85 per square foot.

The 29 story office tower has undergone a $90 million facelift, which includes a new curtain wall system consisting of high-performance insulated low-emissivity glazing units set within finely detailed extruded aluminum frames.
The Building’s new entrance located on Broadway is enclosed with low-iron ultra-clear set of swing and revolving doors accentuating the new lobby which has been expanded and is finished with a bronze desk surrounded by oversized, full height luminous glass walls. At the back of the lobby there is a bronze-clad wall which folds and creases to become a central art and light sculpture. A new security system and turnstiles provide privacy and safety for tenants. The renovated elevator cabs feature indirect lighting, new control panels, stone flooring and decorative glass wall panels.
The building has also signed four other new tenants who include the Benvolio Group LLC which took 5, 789 square feet there, Schireson Associates Inc. which took 3, 886 square feet, Lagoda Investment Management LP which signed for 3, 097 square feet and MFC Industrial Ltd. which leased 3, 057 square feet of space.
