The Taiwan External Trade Development Council is organizing a delegation to visit Israel, Romania, Belarus and Bulgaria between October 28 and November 10. Thirty-two organizations will be represented from a variety of industries. The aim is to develop closer ties with companies in host-countries.
According to a press release, Taiwan has impressive numbers regarding its economy. It was rated 13th most competitive out of 60 economies, third best overall investment environment out of 50 economies, and 16th most improved economy. Recently, Taiwan has made trade agreements with China, which will continue to improve its position in Asia as it works to expand its position in the world economy. Delegates will hold trade sessions that will highlight products and services.
