PrivatEquity.biz, the first secondary market trading platform in Israel, enables private companies’ managements to lead plans for the realization of employees’ shares and options in the secondary market. As part of this new financial model, private high-tech companies can lead and support sale of employees’ shares and options, including consistent oversight of price, quantity, rights and schedule of offerings.

The new model is only open to private high-tech companies that have closed at least two financing rounds. Each company will be supported by the secondary market web trading platform – PrivatEquity.biz, which has recruited many investors from Israel and overseas. This will allow companies to enjoy securities’ liquidity, higher company value ahead of future capital raising rounds, proper employee remuneration and retention.

PrivatEquity.biz arena is an online platform which which allows obtaining exposure to securities offered by private companies and shareholders such as employees, former employees, service providers and founders. The arena enables users to access private capital markets in the secondary market of the high-tech industry, with an emphasis on Israeli companies.

The model offered by PrivatEquity.biz enables capital-raising through the issuance of a relatively small number of securities for a limited number of investors: up to 35 per year. It is possible to do so without losing control over the company, and without being prematurely subjected to the regulations involved in becoming a public company.
