The permits have been filed for Israeli Ramy Issac’s New York based Architecture firm Issac and Stern’s new residential tower on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, according to a report in New York Yimby.
Located at 1562 Second Avenue, on the northeast corner of 81st Street, the new building will have only 12 apartments spread out over 14 stories and reach a height of 164 feet. They will be spacious as the building will total 43, 832 square feet of space. It has not yet been decided if they will be offered as rental units or sold off as condominiums.

The renderings, which were first released in May, show a penthouse with a large open terrace. The tower has been designed in a pre-war style.
Its ground floor will hold 2, 192 square feet of retail space.
