On Sunday, the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi met with the Prime Minister of Israel, Bibi Netanyahu in Jerusalem. The two discussed relations between the two countries and trade. They had an extended conversation on the political situation in Israel and in Asia and ways in which the bond between India and Israel could be strengthened. The two leaders touched on the subjects of cyber security, defense and technology.
Netanyahu offered to share with India Israeli technology in the area of water preservation and recycling, as well as waste management. Prime Minister Modi outlined ways this technology could be developed and applied in as many as 500 cities in India.
