Now that Jason Kidd is moving on from the Brooklyn Nets to the Milwaukee Bucks, he has decided to sublet his apartment at Extell’s The Aldyn at 60 Riverside Blvd in Manhattan for a measly $22, 000 per month.
The 40, 000 square foot apartment has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen and a view of the Hudson River. The building offers residents amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym with a steam bath and a sauna, a dance studio, a golf simulator, a basketball court, a two lane bowling alley, and a large outdoor courtyard.

In other Extell news, the first renderings for Extits new residential building at 68 Charlton Place in Manhattan have been revealed in BuzzBuzz Home.
Gary Barnett’s firm had originally planned to build a 35 story hotel at the lower Manhattan site located near Hudson Park. Then the firm changed its plans to a 13 story condominium tower. Now it will construct a 22 story rental apartment building with 116 units, 25 of which will be reserved for affordable housing. Those units will be divided into 22 two bedroom apartments and three studio units. Their rents will range from $830 per month to $1, 080 per month.
They would be the first affordable housing units in Hudson Square.
Beyer Blinder Belle are the architects of record and the building is expected to be completed in 2016.
