Artists may upload up to three images of drawings or paintings and are encouraged to share their biographies as they do so. SNAC is particularly interested in sharing the artist’s stories of their medium, their countries and their work. An expert panel will curate the semifinalists in each category, and an international voting board will select 30 finalists to exhibit at selected venues worldwide. All artwork will be available for purchase after the exhibitions are completed and will be promoted through SNAC-expo’s extensive network. Proceeds will go directly to the artists and their communities. This tour focuses on the artists themselves as well as the implications of their work for their communities and the world. Whether artists are natives of a country or part of the diaspora, all Israeli citizens are eligible to take part in this event. The online voting, expertly curated exhibition and promotion of the artists, their communities and their work transcend language and geographical barriers.
