Cousins Properties (CUZ) has signed 77, 302 square feet worth of leases at 101 Peachtree Tower in Atlanta, Georgia. The building is now 92% leased. This is the highest level of leased areas for Cousins in the building since it was purchased in 2006. The stock rose 6.89% for the month.

CBS Corporation (CBS) announced the redemption of its 8.875% senior notes, due May 19, 2019. The redemption date will be on September 20, 2014. The stock dropped 0.05% in Friday’s trading.

Layne Christensen Company (LAYN) will announce its earnings on September 9th. The company is expected to report $0.49 earnings per share and a revenue of $217.17 million. Return on investment has been -30.90% and its stock performance year to date has been -35.36%

Leerink Swann cut estimates for Dicerna (DRNA) Pharmaceuticals from $48 per share to $42. However, the estimates still have a target of a 212% upside for the stock.

China-based Ctrip announced it is acquiring the Celebrity Century from Royal Caribbean Cruises (RCL). On Friday, the stock rose 1, 84% to $66.98 and is 0.93% away from its 52-week high.
