Former model Michael Egan, 31, withdrew a lawsuit that accused X-Men director Bryan Singer of sexually molesting him when he was a teenager.
Various courts have so far dismissed three other lawsuits Egan filed against entertainment firm executive Gary Goddard and TV executives David Neuman and Garth Ancier, all of whom had supposedly molested him when he did a stint as an aspiring teen actor wannabe.

Singer, asking the court to dismiss the lawsuit, called it a “sick, twisted shakedown.” Egan’s two lawyers, Jeff Herman and Mark Gallagher, last month asked to be relieved of the case.
Bryan Singer received critical acclaim for his work on The Usual Suspects, and made a lot of money on the X-Men films and on Superman Returns. He also directed Apt Pupil, Valkyrie and Jack the Giant Slayer.
Singer was born in New York City, and was adopted by Grace Sinden and Norbert Dave Singer, who raised him Jewish in West Windsor Township, New Jersey.
