Mad Mimi says that it started out looking to create an unusually goo e mail service. The company states that, “Instead of settling for the status quo, we designed our own email campaigns. Soon, people were asking us to design emails for them. We thought: sure. And Mad Mimi was born… so that everyone could create a well-designed, elegant email. Even Grandma.”
Basically, the service lets the user design his own template for e mails and newsletters. This is beneficial to small businesses that need to keep in touch with their customers.
