Socialite Suzanne Saperstein moves to a smaller, more humble mansion than her famous Fleur de Lys which she sold for a record $102 billion. This time she is renting something a bit more modest, although the 20, 000 square foot mansion designed by Richard Landry has an estimated rent of $84, 000 a month. The Beverly Hills property houses 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms with a guest house that measures in at 6, 100 square feet and a roomy 1, 700 square foot basement.

The mansion is a glass house with hardwood floors and a modern design with a brilliant view of the city. Also within the grounds is a gym, a studio and an office, an outdoor pool, gardens, a tennis court and a parking garage with room for 25 vehicles. The house belonged to Norma Zada, owner of “Perfect 10” magazine, and it was sold to a Saudi Royal for $16.5 million in 2010. A year later, it was placed on the market for $25 million, but was immediately removed.
Saperstein’s former residence, Fleur de Lys, was signed over to her in a divorce agreement by former husband David Saperstein, founder of Metro Networks because of the latter’s alleged infidelity, which kept the gossip columns busy. Now Saperstein enjoys life again as a single in a smaller space.
