Digital specialist advertising agency 360i has announced the promotion of Sarah Hofstetter to Global CEO of the company. Ms. Hofstetter will be succeeding Bryan Wiener, who will retain the title of chairman at the agency.
Sarah Hofstetter, who hold a wealth of experience in digital marketing, has held a number of positions at 360i and is generally regarded as being the driving force behind with building the digital agency’s brand strategy particularly driving them to considerable sales success in the rapidly developing mobile advertising sector.
Founded in 1998, 360i, who are now part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, is regarded as being one all the United States most influential digitally orientated advertising agencies, with a client list that includes Capital One, Coca-Cola, NBC Universal, HBO and Toyota
Commenting on Miss Hofstetter’s promotion, Bryan Wiener pointed out that no one grasps the challenge of marketing in today’s always-on, always-evolving world better than Sarah, who has been a driving force at 360i since she joined the company in 2005.

As well as his new position as chairman of 360i, Wiener will also be holding down the same role at Expion, a social enterprise software company which is also partly owned by the Dentsu Aegis Network.
360i have been using Expion for their principal social platform partner for the last three years, as well as the agency’s clients Clear Channel, Coca-Cola, IBM, and Univision.
Named by the influential publication Advertising Age as the sound ranked advertising agency in the United States for 2014, as well as the top-ranked digital specialist agency for the second consecutive year, 360i was also picked out by Adweek as their Digital Agency of the Year.
Sarah Hofstetter joined 360i in 2005, previews to which she ran her own communications agency, Kayak Communications, who specialized in developing communications strategies for some major media brands in the United States such as Adobe Systems, Bolt Media, Covad, as well as 360i. Before she founded her own agency, Ms. Hofstetter held a number of senior positions at the IDT/Net2Phone group remaining with them more than 10 years.
Sarah Hofstetter has been the recipient of numerous advertising industry honors, including being chosen as Ad Age’s “40 Under 40” for 2013 as well as being named “Social Media All-Star” by the Social Media Society.
Bryan Wiener graduated with an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at NYU and a B.A. in History from Syracuse University. Wiener served as Director of Business Development for Standard & Poor’s Consumer Division from May 1997 to September 1998, going on to join Theglobe, one of the internet’s first social media sites, where he held the post of general manager September 1998 to April 2000, before leaving to join Net2Phone, remaining with them till 2004 when he joined the Dentsu Aegis Network group of companies.
