The new AI agents and generative AI capabilities in Oracle Cloud Sales help sales teams save time and devote more resources to developing customer relationships.

Part of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite, Oracle Cloud CX is a connected suite of applications leveraging AI capabilities to help organizations create, manage, serve, and nurture lasting customer relationships across marketing, sales, and service. Embedded AI acts as an advisor and assistant helping to analyze connected data across marketing, sales, and service to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experiences.

“Sales processes have become overcomplicated and with so many administrative and complex tasks required, sales teams are struggling to find the time needed for effective and meaningful customer communication,” said Rob Tarkoff, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Oracle Cloud CX. “The new AI agents and generative AI capabilities within Oracle Cloud Sales eliminate many of these rigid and time-consuming tasks, which enables sales teams to boost productivity and create more impactful connections with customers.”

Meanwhile, Oracle’s (ORCL.N) shares surged nearly 9% in premarket trading on Wednesday following an announcement by U.S. President Donald Trump that the company, alongside OpenAI and SoftBank (9984.T), would spearhead a significant investment in artificial intelligence infrastructure.

The ambitious joint venture, dubbed “Stargate,” aims to invest a staggering $500 billion to ensure the United States maintains its edge over China and other global competitors in the rapidly evolving AI race, Trump revealed during a White House briefing on Tuesday.

Oracle is a significant computer company that provides a comprehensive suite of technology solutions, including database software, cloud services, enterprise applications, and hardware. They are a major force in the enterprise IT landscape.
