Supree, which first went public in January of this year, develops “innovative” fruit and vegetable varieties designed to be naturally dried, preserve a high content of nutrients, “ensuring great taste and extended shelf life, that are available any time anywhere while significantly lowering supply chain losses”. Supreme’s first product is a unique semi-dried tomato that has high nutritional value and one year frozen shelf life. These tomatoes’ unique structure allows natural drying without any added chemicals, resulting in a concentrated flavor and five times more antioxidants.
The company boasts that all this makes them an “excellent choice for high-end industrial catering, fresh salad producers and ready-to-eat food manufacturers.

The tomatoes can also serve as a versatile natural ingredient. Tomato powder derived from these tomatoes enriches processed food products across various industries, including meat products, meat substitutes, healthy beverages, and snacks.
