RADCOM Completes its Acquisition of Continual

And RedHill Biopharma gets approval for two drugs.

RADCOM Ltd completed its acquisition of the technology, intellectual property, and customer agreements of fellow Israeli firm Continual Ltd. RADCOM announced its acquisition of the startup developed mobility experience analytics using in February. Meanwhile, RedHill Biopharma, an Israeli bio-medical firm, was granted two new EU and U.S. patents for the oncology meds RHB-102 (BEKINDA) and Opaganib.

RedHill says Opaganib is a “first-in-class,” orally-administered, sphingosine kinase-2 (SK2) selective inhibitor with demonstrated dual anti-inflammatory and antiviral activity that targets a host cell component, potentially minimizing the likelihood of viral resistance.

The Company is also considering the potential for RHB-102 in additional territories and discussions with potential commercialization partners in the UK and other territories are ongoing.”

Additionally, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted a new patent for opaganib in respect to combination compositions for treatment of cancer, extending protection to October 2036.
