The Landsat 8 satellite obtained this image of the panorama over Western Australia on May 12, 2013.
The graphic portrays a tropical estuary’s rich sediment and nutrient, as well as the complicated patterns and conditions found in vegetated areas.
The image has been enhanced through masking, independently enhancing, and then reassembling the image’s water and land sections. The water patterns are created by displaying Landsat-8’s red, blue, and ultra-blue bands in RGB mode. The land appears in short-wavelength infrared, near-infrared, and green wavelengths.
