EasySend Raises $71.5 Million for Fintech

EasySend, an Israeli fintech startup that has developed a no-code digital customer journey platform, raised $50.5 million in a Series B round of funding led by Oak HC/FT. Existing investors Vertex IL, Intel Capital, and Hanaco Venture also participated in the round. The company also secured $5 million in venture debt from Silicon Valley Bank.

When added to the $16 million raised in a Series A round of funding that EasySend held a year ago, the company has now raised a total of $71.5 million in capital to date.

As its name suggests, EasySend makes sending all manner of digital forms online easier.

Founded in 2016 by Chief Executive Officer Tal Daskal, Chief Operating Officer Omer Shirazi, and Chief Technology Officer Eran Shirazi, EasySend empowers banks and insurance companies to quickly convert paper forms and clunky PDFs into digital experiences. The company boasts that its platform makes it easy for enterprises and SMEs to build and launch digital customer journeys, including customer applications, onboarding questionnaires, and claims forms, in days. It utilizes a no-code builder that is cloud-based and leverages AI, third-party integrations, and analytics to provide customer experiences. The company helps enterprises go digital by converting paper, PDFs, and manual processes into fully-branded customer journeys for any use case.

“Covid-19 led to a massive shift in the way people interact with businesses online,” said Tal Daskal, CEO of EasySend. “EasySend helps enterprises accelerate their five-year digital transformation plans in just three months, making it simple for them to offer exceptional online customer experiences.”

In a blog post the company explained that the digital journeys market is at a “tipping point. Every department—marketing, sales, service and support, HR, and call centers —is experiencing exponential growth in the number of digital customer-facing touchpoints.”

But EasySend also said that, at the same time, companies can no longer afford to wait for months on end before seeing their digital experience projects come to life, as is the case with code-driven IT projects.

So this is where EasySend’s no-code digital journey platforms come into play.
