Israel’s SQLink Group has acquired fellow Israeli firm Zigit for NIS 8 million — about $2.4 million. Founded in 2010, ZIGIT specializes in the design, development and management of large applications for both the web and mobile devices. ZiGit’s 30 employees are now expected to move to SQLink Group’s offices in Ramat Gan.
SQLink Group already owns ten high-tech companies from around the world. Just recently SQLink bought the Israeli company Genius Data Science, which specializes in artificial intelligence and performance research, for NIS 7 million — about $2.1 million. Their other companies include SQLink, Tvuna, which provides a broad spectrum of advanced digital solutions in the fields of software development, setup of innovative digital arrays, website construction, mobile application development, user experience solutions (UI/ UX) and more.
There are also TESLink and SQLabs which they say is a study and practical experience gaining center for the development and high tech professions that is part of SQLink.
