There are a few examples of Israeli startups which deal in the improvement of human resources and employee satisfaction. Gloat is one such firm. Gloat offers the Talent Marketplace platform which the company boasts is reinventing work and careers in global enterprises. Las month Goat raised $57 million in a Series C funding round led by Accel. Gloat boasts that it is the first-ever Internal Talent Marketplace, used by the world’s leading enterprises. The company’s platform helps enterprises “democratize career development, unlock skills, and future-proof their workforces, by utilizing a powerful AI engine and relying on years of experience and implementation.
Israeli startup Connecteam offers an all-in-one employee app which it says empowers organizations with non-desk employees to communicate, engage, and operate their teams. The company closed a $37 million funding round in April. Connecteam is a deskless workforce management app providing an all-in-one experience for communication, engagement operations and training. Connecteam’s product is a software as a service SAAS. This company, however, deals more with coordinating employees in an ever changing globalized characterized by decentralized work forces where people are ever more likely to work from different locations.
So what does Juno Journey do exactly to help with a company’s staff?
Juno Journey declares that their platform customizes the learning and personal development experience for each employee by diagramming each worker’s individual skills. The platform also gives the employees access to pertinent information from within a given organization. This, Juno Journey explains, is done through a combination of courses, articles, podcasts, and materials from top external content providers. The Juno Journey platform combines LMS (learning management system), LXP (learning experience platform) and career path management for each employee, interfacing with all of an organization’s existing tools for professional development.
