ASRR Capital’s Alex Sapir is buying out his partner Rotem Rosen for $70 million, according to filings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Alex Sapir will hold 80.5 percent share of the company.
ASRR is an Israeli-based real estate company operating worldwide. In the US they purchased an office building in Miami for $13.3 million, a townhouse at 218 Madison Avenue for $18.5 million in 2015 to build a luxury residential building on the site, and Morgans Hotel Group which formerly known Mondrian Soho for $200 million, according to The Real Deal.

Alex Sapir and Rotem Rosen Kick Morgans Out of their Mondrian Soho Hotel
Rotem Rosen and Alex Sapir who also run the Sapir Organization together will keep on working in several sites through other private companies, including a hotel project in Florida and the townhouse on Madison Avenue.
Maariv reported that Rotem Rosen was represented by the law firm of Mark Kasowitz, President Trump’s attorney.
