The Icelandic low-cost WOW air has submitted a request for six weekly flights between Tel Aviv and the the Iceland capital, Reykjavik, “Yediot Ahronot” reports. WOW is planning to start the flights in June.
The company plans also to offer cheap stopover flights from Israel to destinations including nine locations in Canada and the US: Montreal and Toronto, Boston, New York, Washington D.C., Pittsburgh, Miami, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Passengers traveling from Tel Aviv to Reykjavik will then have the choice of vacationing in Iceland or travelling to Noth America.
