Carl Bernstein’s old Manhattan pad can be yours for only $22K per month in rent. It is located at 145 Spring Street in Soho.
The Watergate journalist who, together with partner Bob Woodward, is famous for having helped to bring down President Nixon certainly knows where to live.

Just $22, 0000 a month. Is That all? Why that only comes to $264, 000 a year in rent alone. Its not like there are plenty of people out there who could not even afford to buy a home for that much.
The 3 bedroom penthouse was the home of Carl Bernstein until January 2015. So for some people at least journalism can be a very lucrative career. And he had plenty of reasons to be paranoid as Bernstein clearly made many enemies over the years. This may be why he installed a bullet proof door and a state of the art security system. So if you are hiding from someone then maybe this apartment is for you.
Bernstein has been very critical of Donald Trump, sending out tweets like this:
Why not accept election results? Rump-Trump-Breitbart-Alt-Right (neo-fascist?) movement+ media empire w/Maximum Leader DJT out front?
